How long does it take to install a wrap?

Vehicle lettering and small decal jobs typically complete in 1 day. Partial wraps and fleet graphics run 1–3 days. Full vehicle wraps usually take 3–5 days including prep, install, and post-heat. We'll quote exact timing once we see the project.
How long does wrap removal take?

Most single-vehicle wrap removals complete in 1 to 3 days depending on the size of the vehicle, the age of the wrap, and how the original install was done. Older wraps that have become brittle or were installed without proper post-heat take longer.
Will removing a wrap damage my paint?

When the original paint is in good condition and the wrap is removed by professionals using proper heat and technique, the paint comes off looking like the wrap was never there. In some cases, paint that was already failing — flaking, lifting clearcoat, or damaged before the wrap went on — can come off with the vinyl. We'll always inspect first and let you know what to expect.
Will you remove a wrap from another shop?

Yes. We don't have a problem removing wraps installed by other shops, including ones that weren't installed correctly or have started failing.
How do I know when it's time to remove my wrap?

Common signs include color fading, edges lifting, cracking or "alligatoring" of the surface, and adhesive failure. 3M wraps typically last 5–7 years on vertical surfaces. Once they pass that point, removal gets harder the longer you wait — old vinyl becomes brittle and removes in small pieces rather than full sheets.
Do I need to remove an old wrap before installing a new one?

Yes — always. New wraps go on bare, clean factory paint, not over old vinyl. We handle removal and reinstall as a single coordinated project for customers refreshing their look.
Do you offer warranties on installation?

Yes. Installation workmanship is warrantied, and when we produce and install 3M materials, the project is also covered under the 3M MCS Warranty.
