Vehicle Wraps & Graphics.

Summit Graphics designs, prints, and installs commercial vehicle graphics for businesses across the Denver metro — everything from a single set of door logos to a forty-vehicle fleet rollout. We've wrapped cargo vans, box trucks, food trucks, shuttle buses, service pickups, RVs, and full 53-foot semi trailers out of our Commerce City shop for more than three decades.

Every project runs in-house: design, large-format print, lamination, and installation all happen under one roof at 6479 E 58th Ave. Nothing gets subcontracted, which means the wrap on truck #14 matches the wrap on truck #1 — even when they're three years apart.

A wrapped vehicle is the only advertising you buy once and keep working every day it's on the road. No monthly billboard invoice, no ad spend that stops the moment you stop paying. It parks at the job site, sits in traffic on I-25, and stays in front of your market for the life of the film.

Commercial Wraps for Every Size Vehicle.

Cargo & Sprinter Van Wraps: Transit, ProMaster, Sprinter, and NV vans give you the most usable advertising surface per dollar of any vehicle on the road — long flat sides, high roofs, and rear doors that read like a billboard in stop-and-go traffic. The complications are in the details: door seams, hinge cuts, recessed handles, and the corrugated side panels on certain high-roof models, which require conformable cast film and heavy post-heating so the vinyl doesn't lift out of the channels a month later.

Box Truck & Straight Truck Wraps: A 16- to 26-foot box gives you two enormous flat panels plus a rear roll-up door. The roll-up is where most box truck wraps fail — standard film cracks and separates as the door tracks and rolls. We segment the graphic to the door slats or spec film rated for roll-up applications so the panel survives daily cycling.

Semi Trailer & 53-Foot Trailer Wraps Smooth-side aluminum trailers wrap beautifully. Riveted trailers require rivet brushing and post-heat over every fastener to seat the film. On either, DOT conspicuity tape and required markings stay visible — we design around them rather than over them.

Pickup & Service Truck Graphics: Contractor and service fleets usually don't need full coverage. Door logos, tailgate graphics, bed-side panels, and phone-number lettering deliver most of the recognition at a fraction of full-wrap cost. Utility bodies with compartment doors get cut-and-registered panels so the artwork lines up when every door is closed.

Food Truck & Trailer Wraps Food trucks: Diamond plate, propane compartment doors, serving windows, and exterior equipment all interrupt the canvas. They're also the highest-payoff wrap we do, because the truck is the storefront. We plan the layout around your serving window and required permit and name displays.

Bus, Shuttle & Passenger Van Wraps: Shuttle, tour, and transit wraps use perforated window film (typically 50/50) so passengers keep their view out while the graphic reads solid from the street. Emergency exit markings, mirrors, and door mechanisms stay clear.

Car & SUV Fleet Wraps Sales fleets, courier cars, and mobile service vehicles. Compact vehicles have more curvature and less flat area, so design matters more than square footage — we place the logo and offer where they'll actually be read at 35 mph.

FAQs

  • How much does a commercial vehicle wrap cost in Denver?

Cost depends on vehicle size, how much of the surface you cover, design complexity, and how many vehicles are in the run. Cut vinyl lettering and door logos sit at the low end, partial wraps in the middle, and full wraps on large vehicles like box trucks and 53-foot trailers at the top. Volume pricing applies once you're wrapping multiple units, since design and setup costs spread across the fleet. We quote every vehicle after confirming year, make, model, and current paint condition.

  • How long does a vehicle wrap take to install?

A typical full wrap on a van or truck takes two to three days in our bay, including prep, installation, and post-heating. Spot graphics and lettering are often same-day. For multi-vehicle fleets we stage the schedule so only a few units are out of service at a time, which keeps your trucks working while the rollout progresses.

  • How long will a wrap last in Colorado?

With cast 3M film and a matched overlaminate, expect five to seven years on vertical surfaces. Horizontal surfaces like hoods and roofs take the most direct UV at Denver's altitude and typically show wear first. Hand washing, avoiding brush car washes, and parking in shade all extend that life.

  • Will a wrap damage my vehicle's paint?

No — quality wrap film applied to factory OEM paint in good condition protects it from UV, road debris, and light abrasion, and removes cleanly within its rated life. The exceptions are aftermarket repaints that haven't fully cured, panels with existing rust or clear coat failure, and film left on years past end-of-life. We inspect paint condition before quoting and flag anything that concerns us.

  • What is the difference between a full wrap, a partial wrap, and spot graphics?

A full wrap covers the entire painted surface for maximum impact and can completely change the vehicle's color. A partial wrap covers roughly 25 to 75 percent, usually the lower body, sides, and rear, and delivers most of the visual presence at lower cost. Spot graphics are contour-cut logos, door panels, and lettering applied to bare paint, which works well on fleets with clean factory finishes.

  • Can you wrap a 53-foot trailer or a box truck?

Yes. Large-format commercial work is core to what we do. We handle box trucks from 16 to 26 feet, enclosed and equipment trailers, shuttle buses, RVs, and full 53-foot semi trailers, including riveted trailers that require rivet brushing and post-heating. Roll-up rear doors get film and panel segmentation built specifically for daily cycling.

  • Do you wrap fleets outside of Denver?

Yes. Our shop is in Commerce City and we serve the entire Denver metro, including Aurora, Boulder, Thornton, Westminster, Arvada, Lakewood, Littleton, Parker, Brighton, Golden, and surrounding communities. We also handle statewide and out-of-state fleet programs, with production here and installation coordinated to your locations.

  • What artwork do you need from me?

Vector artwork is ideal — .ai, .eps, or a layered .pdf — along with your brand color values and any fonts you use. If all you have is a low-resolution logo or nothing at all, our in-house design team can recreate or build your artwork from scratch. Every project gets a rendered proof showing all sides of the vehicle before anything prints.

  • Can you remove old wraps and graphics from our fleet vehicles?

Yes. We remove existing wraps, decals, and lettering, including adhesive residue, and we quote removal separately after inspecting the vehicle. Removal effort varies enormously depending on the original film quality and how long it has been on the vehicle, so we don't estimate it sight unseen.

  • Will vehicles we add later match the ones you wrap now?

Yes. Once your first vehicle is approved we lock and archive the color build, layout, and film specification. When you add a truck next year or in five years, we pull the file and produce a matching wrap with no redesign fee and no color drift across the fleet.

  • Do you install USDOT numbers and compliance lettering?

Yes. We produce and install USDOT and MC numbers, intrastate PUC and CDOT markings, GVWR and unit lettering, and reflective conspicuity marking, either as standalone cut vinyl or integrated into a full wrap design. We build to the specification your compliance officer provides.

  • How should we wash a wrapped fleet vehicle?

Hand wash with mild automotive soap and a soft mitt whenever possible. If you use a pressure washer, stay under 2,000 psi and 180 degrees, keep the wand at least 12 inches from the surface, and never spray directly into an edge or seam. Avoid automatic brush washes, which lift film edges over time.
